We abide by the strict regulations set out by government and the governing bodies the National Association of Estate Agents(NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents(ARLA).
As part of these compliance requirements we are obliged amongst other duties to ensure that the following are in place:-
Accountancy Reporting
Our company is audited each year and independent accountancy compliance reports are supplied to both NAEA and ARLA.
Client Money Protection

Anti Money Laundering
We are registered with the government Anti Money Laundering scheme and carry out ID checks on all new clients and tenants as required.
Data Protection (GDRP) Compliance
